The scanning section controls the JZR recording scanning.
scanning_period : defines the scanning period of the JZR recording snapshots. Period must be larger than the recording snapshot one.
startup_point_persisted : indicates if the scanning must consider all the JZR recording snapshots (false) or only the ones generated since the last scanning occurrence (true, default).
