An Jeyzer Publisher rule is a virtual monitoring rule because it doesn’t have any condition when applied.
Technically, it is simply a container in which the internal Jeyzer Publisher events are flowing during the Jeyzer analysis and monitoring phases.
It is basically quite similar to an applicative rule, except that the event was originally generated by the Jeyzer Publisher.
Jeyzer Publisher event can be for example a publisher service interruption or resuming.
