Jeyzer publisher rules permit to handle the Jeyzer Publisher events and captured by the Jeyzer Recorder.
Jeyzer publisher events are oneshot session events and carry a Jeyzer Publisher notification like a Jeyzer recording collection, a Jeyzer publishing activation/deactivation (data or events) or a Jeyzer event flooding (which leads to the loss of old events).

Like for the applicative events, Jeyzer publisher events are not subject to rule appliance : Jeyzer publisher rules are therefore only event channels plugged inside the Jeyzer monitoring engine.
Jeyzer publisher rules are declared along with rule sets using the jeyzer_publisher_rules.
